Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original packaging, tags, and components intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note: Our reed diffusers are shipped with a silicone plug and threaded cap to prevent leakage in transit. Returns or refund requests for diffusers that leak due to missing plugs or caps will not be accepted.

To start a return, contact us at hello@ashironco.com or chat us. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right — provided all packaging and required components (like diffuser plugs and caps) are present.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
